This company is HORRIBLE!! Please don't waste your time or money with them! I ordered a necklace which the website said was in stock paid for 2nd day shipping and one week later have not received the product. Have only received one email after trying multiple times to get in touch with them saying they apologize item out of stock now they are refusing to give me a refund and are no longer responding to my emails...this company is a TOTAL SHAM!!!

My order 242794 I placed in good faith it’s been a week and not one email or text update on the status of my order. What company does not update you in this day of technology? I’m beginning to think they are a SCAM and FRAUD. I’ll give them until September 10. Then I’ll take more action. It’s hard to trust companies these days with your money.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I placed an order on April 30th. It is now a month later, and I have not received it. I have called customer service several times, get a recording asking me to leave my order number and contact information.They have never called me back.

Horrible Time....Buyer beware!!! If you plan to gift items make sure to buy the right size product. I was gifted a beautiful ring that on sale via TV show. The ring was way too big. When an email I started to the company stated No Free Returns on Promo Purchases!!! I was not the buyer. So now I am stuck with a ring that is too big!!!!
