When my daughter first started, I was very excited as the staff was very helpful, informative and understanding. I did my research on the school and was confident that this would be a good fit after speaking to Dulcita Bare who was amazing helping me get my kiddo registered. NOW the school has gone through changes with staff, and they are not what they used to be. They are rude, do not assist, have lost and requested documents from me that I submitted when my daughter first registered and their record keeping is even worse. I am not happy anymore and I no longer have anything positive to say. I am searching for other options now as a FREE online public school would be more helpful and beneficial at this point. I DO NOT recommend this school, it is not worth what the charge is. Speaking to some of the staff is like talking to a wall. I don't know if they just don't care or don't have kids of their own but it's important to have staff that understands how important a high school diploma is and how to speak to parents. Their financial website TUIO is a disaster and there is no one you can call when an issue arises. There is an email and that is it. Again, in the beginning these were not issues and they were very accommodating, understanding and informative. This is no longer the case.

Did not learn anything. Learning online is already difficult as it is, so by trying to learn another language with this program, it just wasn't beneficial.

Sterling allowed me to have a flexible schedule. Sterling offered a wide variety of courses that allowed me to select ones I found interesting. Sterling is structured well and allows for easy learning and access to a teacher if you need help. I highly recommend Sterling Academy to those who want an online, flexible learning option.
