I bought a pair of water shoes for my mother. She loved them but they were too small. I wanted to just exchange for size but I had to pay to ship the originals back and then pay shipping again on new order. Wish they had an even exchange option.

At this time, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges, so a new order is required for a different size.
