Hi, we’re sorry for the frustration with the return process. We’ve replied to your email and provided a link where you can submit your return request. To clarify, the items received match the style selected on the original order, which was the footless version rather than the footed tights you were looking for. We completely understand that the style didn’t meet your needs, and we’re happy to assist with the return. We also kindly encourage you to manage your orders directly through your Stelle account, where you can easily start a return, view your past orders, and leave product reviews. Please check our latest email for the return link and instructions. If you have any trouble accessing it, simply reply to us and our customer service team will be happy to help.
