Once a book is live on Amazon, all printing, production quality, pricing, shipping, and delivery timelines are handled entirely by Amazon’s print-on-demand services, not by our team. Regarding the concerns raised: 1. Print quality (including light or faded printing) is controlled by Amazon’s printing facilities. We do not print, manufacture, or ship physical books. 2. Delivery timelines and availability on Amazon are also determined by Amazon and typically take up to 14 days for distribution, which is standard across their platform. 3. Any copies purchased directly from Amazon are fulfilled solely by Amazon, and issues with print quality or delivery should be reported to Amazon Customer Support for replacement or refund. We always provide authors with digital proofs and confirm setup completion before publishing.
