Steamericas, Inc.Reviews of steamericas.com

I was interested in purchasing a Steamer and Steamericas had a few options that caught my eye. In early 2025 I spoke with David and he was informative and helpful in putting together a package and quote that would fit my auto detailing needs and budget. I got busy over the summer and as soon as things slowed down I called up David and told him I was ready to purchase the XdM. Every part of the process was flawless and before I even got a chance to buy my diesel fuel container my steamer had arrived. I did my first auto detail yesterday (a late fathers day gift for my step-dad) and we were both very impressed at how fun and efficient the XdM is to work with. David even replied to my text messages on Sunday when I had some questions about the boot up sequence. Thanks David for going above and beyond!

We’ve had a great experience with Steamericas and the Optima XD. We now operate up to 13 units across our mobile car detailing company, and they’ve been a strong fit for our business as we’ve grown. We’re looking forward to continuing to expand and grow with Steamericas in the years ahead.

I've had an amazing experience with Steamericas. I spent a considerable amount of time researching the best options to introduce steam cleaning into our service offerings for our 10-employee car detailing business. The Optima XD came out on top from my own independent research, but what sealed the deal for me was the incredible care and support that David provided as I asked question after question, spanning many weeks, until I received my first XD. Sean jumped in to help answer questions when David was on vacation, which just shows how well the team supports new customers in general get familiar with the product. There is also an active online community of Optima users on Facebook which has given a lot of confidence in people around the world using the machines successfully for decades. If it wasn't for the stellar support team - I can't say for certain if I would have got the product... but I know for a fact that my timeline to purchase and get going was expediated by months simply because of how responsive and knowledgeable David & Sean are about the product in general. Our goal is to have 5 of XDs running in our business by Q1 of 2027. I feel very confident in achieving that based on the service and experience we've received so far.

I'm a service manager at TMMG Building services in Michigan and deal with tech support from many different manufactures. The team at Steamericas went above and beyond in helping our Tech with the steamer repair. Their knowledge level and customer service is top notch!

The service was excellent, accurate, and very friendly. The technician/agent fixed the issue immediately, so I could use it right away. I also highly appreciate the clear guidelines provided for future use

The steamer works great! Puts out a lot of steam for using basically no water. Obviously the longer your steam line the more water buildup will occur at the end. I use it for decal removal and it takes the vinyl right off without leaving glue behind. (definitely depending on the decal) But for the most part no glue!

I use the Optima DX steamer for my auto detail business here in Aspen, and it's been a game changer. This machine is powerful enough to work even in 20-degree weather, and the results are top-notch. Plus, David customer support from Optima’s staff is outstanding—they’re always helpful and responsive. I couldn't recommend it more!

The optima steamer techs were extremely helpful when it counted most. Even went out there way to make a video demonstrating matching fitting I was having trouble with. My machine has worked for over 10 years and I’ve never had to contact them over mechanical issues. I called for more accessories 10 years later!
