Great customer service.

It's a great concept, but it wasn't for me. The customer service was great when I wanted to cancel my billing.

Used for my recent essay and got detected as AI, despite saying it is undetectable it honestly just spits out random garbage. I stated that my essay got flagged as AI in turnitin.com in their Discord Server and later found out I was banned, don't purchase anything from them. When I turned it in to turnitin.com it got a 100% ai reading even after manual tweaking and plagirized more than 30 sources on the web. Would not recommend and I still want my money back They will also respond to reviews on trustpilot and make things up like people rebuying subscriptions / or saying people violated terms of service, but they didnt. EDIT: They responded with an AI generated message and then said I got banned for violated terms of service. I guess expressing my experience that was negative violates TOS. Which it doesn’t I have a screenshot of their rules. Lmfao They trying to get me to take down the review, if any fishy behavior continues on after this I will be taking legal action and taking it up with the BBB.
