Hello, you've been issued a FULL refund already. We apologize we're not able to accommodate your new business. Unfortunately, we're not for everyone. We're not scammers. We've been around since 2015 having served thousands of raving satisfied clients as with our other 5 star reviews on here. Our workers work their very best in your business, however your business may not be in the stage where it would need a virtual assistant right now since it's still in the beginning stages. You've been in contact with 2 of our supervisors as well as your client director Dean throughout the entire time. We've done our very best to try to accommodate to your needs, however we're not able to fulfill your requests. It takes 1-2 weeks for our agents to understand your business. You requested to stop the work after 24 hours. That's not enough time for a new employee to understand how your business works. If you hire any new employee or one of our virtual assistants into your business, they require time to train and get accustomed to your business. They will not be able to run at full speed the very first day you hire them. That's why we have a 1-2 week period of just training / adjustments to get them to where you want them to be.
