Customer service ok - product logo quality poor
The ordering and shipping piece was fine. Very poor quality of product logo for price of hat.

Great service. Quality control could improve.
The service was great. I bought a hat...the hat itself is of nice quality, however the logo is a bit off center and tilted...quality control could be better in that regard.

Good but .....
Shirt quality is great. Timely shipping and receiving. The ONLY thing off is the color of the orange. It is more Golden Yellow than Orange. Virginia Tech colors are Orange and Maroon; specifically Chicago Maroon and Burnt Orange. It looks like the Wahington Commanders colors. Not sure what you can do about this, but I would change the color to burnt orange. Virginia Tech has a ton of Alumni that I'm sure would purchase this item with correct colors.

Shirt material is old heavy cotton
Shirt material is old heavy cotton, so not the lightweight stuff I am used to know. And can definitely see the box of the iron-on. But, I will wear it to Phish shows so I can accept it.
