When you return an item with their return label you don't get a refund, While they will answer an email for product, if it is for a refuned, they completely ignore you. Numerous emails were never answered,. If you love the Grateful Dead and kindness, don't use this store.

I can't say enough about what a joke this company's customer service is. Ordered a hoodie, but the website propagated a different size. Repeated (six) emails and return/exchange/customer service queries through their website are a blackhole, no substantive response. No phone number, no ability to talk to or communicate with a real person.

Ordered hat in Nov of 2025. Got it was a cheap piece of shit. Matt finally agreed to return and refund. Still waiting for promised refund in May. I suggested that since they will print anything with a stealie logo they print one with Hitler, Trump or Epstein. Maybe Trump will pardon StealieShop for ripping customers off.

Over a month and a half to respond to wanting a return for the cheap hat that didn't fit. Sent the hat back but they won't refund my money. Bought this hat for a Christmas gift... Its April!! No response no refund!

Sizing is way off. The hats are very small, child-size. Sweatshirts are poor quality and run small. 2 of the iron on emblems were crooked. Attempted to exchange for bigger sizes and after multiple attempts at emails, which is the only option, received ZERO response from the company.
