Hidden Fees and Charges
Beware of Steady Safaris Limited! They initially quote a price for the safari, but we ended up facing numerous hidden fees. From park entrance fees to unexpected charges for ‘extra services’ that were supposedly included, our final bill was way beyond what we budgeted. When I raised these concerns with the agency, I was met with indifference. It felt like a scam, and I would strongly advise others to look for a more transparent agency.
Response from Steady Safaris LimitedApr 22, 2025
Sorry that you experienced this with Steady Safaris. However, did you understand the terms and costs that were in the package you booked months before you travelled? Was the park entry part of the final cost of the trip fee cost? You claim that we presented you hidden costs but you can not show any proof of these hidden costs. You are not an honest person you are out here to tarnish our name and company. Can you please show proof of any document or outrages attacks you say we over charged you? On the Date of experience: December 09, 2024 you came here and revieady Safaris on a 3 days Murchison falls safari. Today April 22, 2025 you are coming with a conflicting review claiming you travelled with us in 2025. Please be consistent with your thoughts.
