The condo we rented didn't have the…
The condo we rented didn't have the heat turned up when we arrived late at night. The baseboard heat took all night and the next day to heat up the two floors. Normally not a big deal, but I have cancer and am always cold. The condo was nice and not overpriced.

Only issues were with the after hours…
Only issues were with the after hours check in. I think they could come up with a better way for that.

Previous management was much better
Poor service compared to previous management company, less flexibility and less maintenance. Billed us 800 dollars in error without informing us and argued over refunding it - it was refunded but only after much stress.

The room and staff was outstanding
The room and staff was outstanding! Everything from booking to checkout was perfect. My only comment would be about the roads, but the weather was just awful so I don't even know if there was anything that could have been done. There was one intersection that was pretty icy, so maybe salting or sanding a bit more often could have been helpful, I'm not sure if there was anyone on staff to do this through the later hours in the evening. Otherwise, the condo was lovely, and I really appreciated the helpful staff! I will be back for sure! :)

Tiffany, we are happy to hear you had a great experience with us! If you stay with us again in the winter, please feel free to call our front desk regarding any icy roads near your condo. If it is a road our team plows, we can certainly salt or sand it as well. :)

We enjoyed our condo but after a day of skiing it was hard to climb to the third floor! I would definitely recommend requesting a first floor condo.
