Exceptional developers!
Exceptional products (themes) and support. Always take time to understand the issue I raised and answer them fully with extensive instructions or explanations. They also take feedback and feature requests very seriously, they had been improving their products and I cannot be happier to have chosen their theme to use, they are a reliable partner, something very rare to come by in the business world!
