Good lord people. I bought four pieces of jewelry. I got emails saying that I had purchased them and that they shipped. Nothing was said that they were backordered or that they were out of my size. I got an email a week later saying one of the rings I ordered was no longer available. really? it was available when I ordered it and it’s still on their online catalog as available. I sent this to them and I got a response saying that they do their best hardy Har Har to keep things updated and then they notified me that one of my other rings was back ordered. really? why didn’t you notify me when I ordered it that it would be backordered that way I could make the choice to either pick another ring or not get it at all. With a rip off

Bought a ring in April and was supposed to ship within days, and then I got an email saying it was back ordered until September. I was going to give as a gift on May 5th so called to cancel but no answer. Canceled by email no response.Next thing i know i get the ring in June. Was a $90 piece of hollow junk, could have bought a better ring off of temu for $6.

Purchased one of the retrograde watches. Lovely looking and I really liked it. Wore it as a dress watch which is to say was well taken care of. Lasted for 2 years 6 months, and now the minute hand simply goes to the bottom of the watch and stays there. Called Stauer to find out about repair and was told they do no repairs nor did they offer anyone that could, and since the watch was now 6 months past warranty, there was no returns. I guess paying $100 for a watch to last 2 years is their idea of a deal, but not mine. Own lots of watches and will never again own one of theirs. I say save yours too and go find a better quality. I have several timex and casio that I paid about the same for and have them for over 6-8 years.

It is a joke. Mother's day approaching. I bought a watch and a necklace online on May 4. I received email saying that estimated arrival was 5/7. I called customer svc on 5/8. She told me there was backorder for necklace. I asked why I wasn't notified. She had like an AI automated tone saying "sorry". That was it. No further action was taken from Stauer. They failed to communicate with me. I would have some time to seek for other gift. I am stressed out. I will never buy anything from Stauer.

Major rip-off! Fraudulent is putting it mildly. I would also give this company 0 stars if I could. My elderly mom with dementia orders from their catalogs, and I cancel them when I see the outrageous prices. This last time they charged her $29.94 for shipping and insurance for a small phone wristlet. The math on their order details never adds up. They hike up the prices and then throw in random coupons to bring the charges down. One of her orders said all items were in stock, but once she placed the order, the status changed to "on backorder". Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM STAUER.

I am really not the person to ever leave reviews. Even if my experience is bad, I prefer to not say anything at all and just take my business elsewhere. Stauer however, has brought my blood to a boil when they quite literally manipulated my poor 86 year old father with dementia out of tens of thousands of dollars before I was able to notice and put a stop to it. He even had a personal sales rep that he could call day and night! Almost 80k later, I was finally able to get the paperwork in order to get a power of attorney and put a stop to all future purchases. The quality is sub-par and the sales tactics are criminal at best. I will be filing a report with the local elderly protection service.

Stauer is awful they are fraugulant liars and down right mean I am 12 and trying to use coupons sent with a previous purchase that went fine, but when I went to put it in it made a dumb excuse of why it wouldn't work the n tried a different coupon and added additional money I just want to order something while using my coupons that are apparently no good and expired even though I just got them the same exact day. FRaud that is ALL THAT IT IS!!! JUST GO TO BASS PRO SHOPS OR ACADEMY!!!

I wish I could give no stars. After receiving one of their watches as a gift, the watch stopped working three months later. I was originally told because I didn't purchase the warranty plan, they would not replace it. After talking to a manager they finally replaced the watch. It was about thee weeks later that the new watch stopped working. I sent the watch back for a refund. I have my grandfather's watch from 1944 that works fine and this Stauer won't work for a month.
