Don't recommend this company!
I have been a long time follower of this company and drooled over the rings for 5+ years. My sweet boyfriend proposed to me last year with one of their engagement rings and it was GORGEOUS. I can confidently say it was nothing short of perfect (at the time). Fast forward to about 10 months later and I notice the "antique" is noticeably wearing off around the diamond and my wedding is coming up. I contact them and they assure me they will fix it for a $75 fee to which I agree - I receive it back in about a month and it is NOT fixed. I contact them again and am told that they can fix it *for another fee* to which I admit is absurd & then am told they would just do it free. The only response or solution they could give was that the antique will wear off quicker with "everyday wear" & requires 6mo-1year maintenance/antiquing. Not to mention each response I received was very obviously AI generated. The customer service for products that cost as much as these rings do was beyond disappointing and a simple warning on the website would have solved this problem for myself and many others. I know I am not the only one who has had this issue after doing some research.

I’m sorry if any of my previous messages came across as “generated.” The only reason things may have sounded repetitive is because I’ve had to restate the same information multiple times to make everything as clear as possible. To clarify again: The $75 charge covers insured shipping both ways, inspection, cleaning, and maintenance (ie antique refresher), which any engagement ring worn every day should have done at least annually. At no point did I indicate you would be charged $75 again. When you told me it still wasn’t as dark as you wanted, I apologized, offered to reapply it free of charge to get it to your liking, and when you ultimately decided not to send it back, I refunded the $75 in full. Again, the antiquing is a surface finish that naturally wears at different rates depending on each individual’s daily wear, products used, skin chemistry, and exposure. Sometimes it needs to be refreshed every year, sometimes every few years, and sometimes rarely at all. That’s normal and part of the nature of oxidized finishes, not a defect. Care instructions are provided with every ring and have always been available publicly on our website under the Ring FAQs section. I understand you were disappointed and I truly wish your experience had been smoother, but I do want to be clear that I have been transparent at every step, I addressed your concerns quickly, offered solutions without additional charges, and refunded you when you chose not to move forward. I take pride in our work and in our customer service, and I’m always willing to help when something isn’t right.
