I purchased a cashmere sweater for Valentine's gift. The sweater has still not arrived by UPS as promised. I have had to request that an another Item be shipped. Very disappointed.

The parcel only reached me today. The XL is very very small. I am a standard XL and this is not. Also I was told that tax was paid. I had to pay £38 in unpaid tax! I need to know what to do next to return the hoodie as it is an expensive error. Please advise.
