Order shipped 3 weeks ago and still isnt here. Keep getting updates that simply say "Pending". One update almost a week ago said it was at a facility that is just a few miles from where I live. The order must be lost.

Sent expensive sweater in wrong size then tried to tell me that I made the mistake . Told me there is a restocking charge. Asked them if they would send me a box and label. They said they are a new company with no U S stores and are based in Iran.and are unable to send box and label. Burned me once, never again . Bad way to do business .

The turtleneck sweater's neck was too tight. The arms were too tight. The middle was too loose. It was soft but very thin. Overall I would not recommend this product.

I'd give State Cashmere negative 100 stars if it was possible. Truly the worst online purchase experience ever. After my product arrived I decided to return it because the color was not what I expected. I soon found out there is not a way to contact anyone in this company - phone number was never answered, the emails and service requests went unanswered multiple times. I thought I had purchased from a scam company. Finally I looked up the company information online and found a phone number associated with their LLC. I called and thank goodness I reached a live human being. After that point the people I spoke with were genuine and I ended up getting a refund (after about 3-4 email back and forths). They never gave me a reason why the phone/emails were never answered. Overall I would tell people to AVOID purchasing from this company due to poor/non-existing customer service.
