Two sweaters I tried felt flimsy and…
Two sweaters I tried felt flimsy and fit poorly though they were the correct size (I'm 5'4" and 125 pounds). I returned the first with the "store credit" option, and when I returned the second sweater, I was told I had to spend the store credit and could not get a refund. I bought a shawl in the one color available, and it seems to be of good quality so far.

The color and the design was beautiful…
The color and the design was beautiful but the sweater was itchy, so I need to return it.

Charged shipping for returns, poor quality products
Editing this because I'm actually really upset that they have the nerve to charge shipping for returns (unless you choose store credit - and items bought with store credit can't be exchanged). Also I compared the sweater to a COTTON AND NYLON sweater I have - the cotton/nylon one is actually softer. I don't own a massive amount of cashmere, but I have enough to know that this isn't what it's supposed to feel like. Even my lesser quality scarves and one sweater are FAR superior to this. Order arrived just fine, just the quality of the cashmere that's poor. I've seriously had way softer merino wool sweaters. The zipper also seems a bit dodgy. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Prices are too high and I didn't like…
Prices are too high and I didn't like the item that I bought. I returned and they gave me my money back after a month and lots of complaints at customers service...

Be honest the product is not that as good as other cashmere brand ,but because the price was OK do I gave 2 stars.
