Thanks for exchanging my birthday present! So quickly handled, great service. I love my new sweater! The only thing that was lightly off was the sizing, I would say the sweaters run small.

Ordered a gift for a baby shower. Tried to correct a mistake in delivery address minutes after placing the order via the chat. Got "Our agents are not available right now. Please leave a message and we'll get back to you" Nobody ever got back to me. Tried multiple times afterwards. Nothing at all. Item got delivered to wrong address. Fortunately it belonged to somebody who knew the addressee and forwarded it to the intended recipient. Not having a phone number or a working/staffed chat link will make me think twice before ordering from State Cashmere. One star. UPDATE: State Cashmere went beyond expectations in correcting the problem after the review above. Earned back my goodwill. Back to 5 stars for service

Great value for price! I bought the midi cashmere dress in blue and it did not disappoint! Luxurious, I wear it almost daily!

The massive snow storm that hit the south in mid-February (understandably) got our order held up at a distribution center because our roads were impassable. After the thaw, I waited almost two weeks to see it start moving again on tracking, but it just sat there. I contacted State Cashmere customer service just asking if there was something they knew we could do to get it moving again, and they didn't even bother messing with the first shipment. Instead, they immediately considered it a lost package and put in for a replacement at no cost to us. The sweater we ordered arrived just fine this time and is so so soft. It is true to size and fits perfectly, as well as it is well made. We're very excited about this piece and will certainly look to State Cashmere for future purchases.
