Seems really scammy. Used them as our registered agent without understanding what a registered agent was, never heard from them until they threatened to cancel our LLC if their charges kept being declined as the annual fee. Which, the fee is higher than most registered agent services and they don’t seem to offer any additional benefits. Anytime I emailed them, they would send me a canned copy-paste response that wasn’t helpful or clear. They mentioned in one of their emails I could cancel their services within the billing section of my portal, I go to do so and discover there is no clear button or way to do so so I messaged Casey and they responded back essentially saying it’s too late to cancel since they’ve been filed as the registered agent for my LLC. So clearly, very deceptive and trying to make me think I am stuck with them— thanks to google I know I can switch at any time and submit a change form. State Filings has been unhelpful and gives off major scam vibes— don’t fall for them.

Casey did a great job of answering my questions as well as returning my call on a timelt basis! She aleaviated my concerns as weel on the BOI requirements.

Not as clear as they should be. I unchecked all the boxes but missed one prompt at the end ended up with an extra 200 charge for an agent i dont need. I might change my review when things are cleared up. like others i didnt realize it was a 3rd party website then bam just like that 200 turned into 415 and that turned into 515. The only upside is Casey!! Should get 5 stars for the help they gave me. Casey is amazing and helped calm and ease my mind. Im hoping everything gets worked out and I can change my review cause Casey alone deserves 5 stars for their amazing customer service skills!

I filed an LLC with this company and wasn’t completely sure what I was doing at first. Ashley S. was incredibly helpful throughout the process—she guided me step-by-step and kept me updated on everything I needed to do next. I really appreciated her support!

Emily made me feel so “at home”! When you’re dealing with the government a lot of times, you do not get the obvious willingness to Help as she gave to me. She went above and beyond following through and even correcting some mistakes I made.
