It was a little overwhelming at first, but as I went through each step of creating my LLC, the site walked me through my sticking points. The biggest thing I appreciate is the communication with everything. For example, I made a mistake with my BOI. It was quickly and clearly communicated to me what was needed. Once I resolved the issue, Emily, my case manager was quick to reply and very courteous. She offered help in the future.If I had any more issues or questions, just reach out and she would help. Keep up the great work!

This company charges triple what it should to file an LLC. You're much better off going through your state organization. I also found out that they made the registrant of my LLC a random company that is several hours from me and I have no affiliation or relationship with. I had to fill out an additional form through the state and pay an extra fee to have the registrant changed to myself. Total scam. This company also sneaks in additional fees which are not pointed out during the initial transaction. In speaking with an employee in the state office, they mentioned that while not completely illegal, these companies are predatory and misrepresent themselves. Beware, this is just an expensive fraud.
