I had an issue with a program I was enrolled in that needed attention. I was linked in with Nicole whom was handling my request. I was pleasantly pleased and surprised that she was able to take care of my issue instantly. Strange seeing a lot of ppl talking about automatic fees.. Pretty much in writing when you sign up.. Anyway I have had a few issues but they were all resolved in a timely matter.. All in all I’m pretty happy with the company and have been with them since the beginning..

Last year I signed up for the Owner's Bonus with Start Engine and it was set to auto renew this year. The card I used last year expired so I thought for sure the charge wouldn't go through. I didn't want to renew as I'm not investing as much this year. The charge went through and I contacted Start Engine and Nicole Fallon canceled my subscription and refunded my money right away.
