Completely Satisfied
Startengine has been great from the start. They provide more than adequate customer service for any issue. I recently had an account issue due to an oversight on my part and it was quickly resolved by Alice.

Personalized help at Start Engine
Start Engine has excellent supporting employees who have helped me keep up with my investments in a professional manner. Even if I am frustrated, the employees work in a dispassionate manner and solve whatever problem I have. Recently, I did have a problem with and investment transferred over from Seed Invest and Stella took care of it immediately.

Top Notch Customer Service!
Top Notch Customer Service! I submitted an investment purchase and selected the incorrect funding method. I then submitted another purchase with the correct funding method, and requested customer service to cancel the first purchase. The cancellation was initiated on Sunday evening and completed Monday morning before 8am CST. The communication was clear, concise, and swift. Kudos to Nicole at Start Engine for the swift response!
