This was the first time I’ve tried investing by crowd fund. I had a bit of a snag making my purchase. When I asked for assistance the response was immediate. Basically I was trying to purchase using a MAC card on which I had put a spending limit. Hey, I opened that account thirty years ago, okay? But we worked that snag out rapidly and I made my purchase. My experience with customer service was great. If I was dealing with AI throughout that whole process, then fine. My problem got solved!
