Sales staff is honest, knowledgable about their offerings, and they provide good advice. They contact me when they have a product that they like and I might like and don't try to push things on me. Customer Service team is friendly and has always been very responsive when I have questions. They will go out of their way to help find answers to my questions. They are my "go to" company above the others.

I am impressed by Stella's responses to my queries. Her explanations and suggestions are easy to follow which demonstrates a thorough understanding of the product. However, the most important factor, due to the time difference between Western Australia and East Coast USA. is her invariably very prompt responses to my emails. Much appreciated, thanks. Ken.
