I found it to be easy to purchase the shares, making an investment that otherwise would have not been saught after, but because everything was laid out on one page; quantity per share, progress and options, it's a great choice for now.

If you are making a basic investment, the system is very good. If you have any problem, it is difficult to connect with Customer Support. There is NO phone that is answered or way to connect with a person. The only phone number is a message referring to the web site. Customer support does get around to answering requests, but after a lag in time. And if you want to use an IRA expect a lot of difficulties to overcome.

The process of setting up an investment account was a bit convoluted for me as it required a few different steps at different times to get it accomplished. I also absolutely despise putting my SS number out on any platform. Otherwise it all went pretty smoothly and I am enjoying the ability to get in on ground floor opportunities.
