Absolutely shocking website and company. I ordered twin stars and opting for the kit to be sent out for £55. After consulting my bank statement, it appeared the company have charged me £94.99. I queried this with them and they informed me the £55 is actually on top of £39.99 for the stars themselves. This isnt very clear on the website. After waiting for over 2 weeks and not receiving as much as an email from them, i emailed to see what was happening and where they were. To be advised on the way, but couldnt be tracked. They finally arrived almost 3 weeks later (Still no email version as advised however) When i opened the envelope, which was posted from Ireland, so not sure why itn would take 3 weeks, all that was in there was 4 pieces of printed off paper with the star certificate and location of them. No kit or anything. I could have printed this off myself for free, yet they had charged me £94.99 for the privilege. I emailed again to complain, to be advised no one else has complained and they would offer me $10 refund. This is still on-going, but they seem reluctant to accept any fault, despite the website showing a full kit that is sent. Avoid at all costs.

I never rant. But y’all this company has gave me such a run around about the stars I bought from them it’s not even funny. They have charged me for a product then not sent it. After days of TRYING to get a answer from someone (because the don’t have a public available phone number OR physical address) they finally offered to mail my packages and 20 dollars for my trouble (actually 10 but I argued that’s 5 dollars a order). Instead of reviving the package advertised I received two papers. Nothing else comes with this package not the book not the Atlas. Nothing.) Now the company is not responding to email or Facebook messenger. Do not Do not use this company unless you plan on printing everything yourself at home.

I feel the ad is misleading. It makes it seem like you will be receiving additional items in the mail and that's not the case. EVERYTHING is digital and should clearly state that. I purchased this as a gift after my daughters boyfriend passed away. His little brother is only 5 and I thought this would be something nice for him. I told them about it THINKING something would be mailed to them. So they have been waiting on something that would never be sent. I feel that this is tacky and honestly a complete rip off. So now I have to research something else that DOES mail something to the family.

Their order page is misleading. It appears that you are receiving printed documents for $55, but this is on top of the $34.99 fee that is listed at the bottom of the page in a separate column. For $89.99 you receive what similar sites do for $30-60. Customer service is unresponsive once questioned. They even advertise 'no hidden fees', but clearly are misleading customers. Use another similar service. EDIT - Today, 10 months after leaving the review, Starregister offered me $20 to take this review down in the next 7 days, or $30 to change the review to 4 or 5 stars. This would only lead to biased or unhelpful reviews, and goes against the basis of having reviews available at all. I had intended to lower my rating after their message today, but I already left them one star initially so my rating stands.

This Is The Email They Sent I ordered from this site Oct. 5th 2018 and still haven't received anything from my order. I have Been trying to contact them and this is literally word for word the message I received... Thanks, Star Register This email was laughable. So we have no idea where your package is or when it will get to you because we "conveniently" don't track but rest assured it on its way lol. This place is definitely a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE, such a regret wish I could give it 0 stars.

Scam, Beware!

This is an honest review. I couldnt even find trust pilot reviews on the their facebook. There is no way to contact them except by email that your receive from your order. I order a star for my recently passed mother in law for my wife. They talked about kits. This was a present for Christmas and they sent me downloads but showed these beautiful display layouts etc. Dont fall for it, IT a PDF download. I am so upset and hate being deceived. I was told it is in the more less fine print they don't do displays yet they clearly show a nice layout Even when I put in my brief description, it came out in wing dings. I think they should at least check to see if it matches which it clearly didnt, see below. You tell me anyone in their right mind would do this. I just hope they will do right by me as this means more than some purchase. This Star will always shine for you, and show you the way to our hearts. ♥ We will love you always and forever∞ I will admit they do deliver a download in 24 hours, but I cant do anything with a download. I was looking at the kit to display. If you want a piece of paper you can print out on a home printer, this is your company

I've been waiting for my kit for 7 days now, it's supposed to be sent via email within 24 hours. I have sent 2 emails reminding them of my request but I didn't even get a reply. Looking at other reviews, I don't think I will ever get it :(
