I bought a deluxe star kit (34.99) and they charged me 89.99. I asked for the reason, and I was told I checked an option I did not. They did not even make the effort to find a solution or refund the money to my credit card. So, I lost my money. Be careful! This is shameful.

I never received my original order.

I ordered 5 days ago, I’ve received nothing apart from an email with no tracking information saying my order was dispatched. Very disappointing and emailed twice already. I’m a full time student and this was a very expensive gift for me to buy, gutted I don’t have the gift and I’ve lost almost £100 that I really couldn’t afford to loose.

Bought a star and gift pack 85.00 the name for my star was mistakenly autocorrected and wrong contacted the customer service and they refuse to send a new certificate by mail because the wrong one got sent out. They are a joke they offered for me to spend more money buying another star. This was a gift for my wife now I can't even give it to her. And they will not issue a refund but only 10$. Plus these people charge you a fee from overseas banking. Please use a different website these guys will not help you if anything is wrong at all.

Beware of star registry.com. they are a rippoff. They only email you a stupid little page and what looks like a childs drawing. They dont mail you the nice pictures you see it's all a crappy email. I wrote I bad review and they contacted me and offered half my money back if I changed my review to a good one. The good reviews are probably paid for like they tried to get me to do. I've never been so disappointed by something. It's so generic and low budget. It's a horrible little email is all you're paying for. Don't get scammed.

If you are looking for an aggravating experience and to work with an apathetic customer service operation, you've come to the right place. I have ordered several stars from this site over the last several years for my close family and friends who have lost someone close to them. I wanted the date on the certificate to reflect the day my friend's mom passed, but in huge text it shows the date of the day I purchased it. I messaged customer service multiple times, and their best answer was buying the whole thing over again. I even offered to pay the shipping cost to send a new certificate. I hadn't read reviews for this company in the past, as I have used them plenty, but now as I read through these, I feel a bit foolish. There are several companies that do what they do...do yourself a favor and go with them

Recently ordered a star and had the full package by the end of the day. But the coordinates for the star just show a black space. There's nothing there! I had to email the company back and forth just to be able to download the full package I paid for and then I can't even see the star I named?!?!

Bought twin star and the gift pack. The website says 14 days until delivery - 6 weeks later still waiting. I emailed and asked for a refund only to be told “don’t you worry, it’s on it’s way” I wish I read the reviews prior to buying.
