The home was nice and in a very quiet area but the air conditioning was not very cool. We had difficulty with unlocking the door and finally the property management group came and repaired that. The pool did not filter after our first night there.

I couldn't go above three stars, not because any frictions or disappointment with the home. However, on average it was at best a three star home based on the exterior and interior. Very clean home, the pool could have used a better cleaning but the home was very dated. Nonetheless, it didn't take away from the spacious layout, offering 8 beds for comfortable sleeping arrangements. The home also lacked privacy due to the fact that there was not a privacy fence surrounding the pool area. The neighborhood Silver Creek was quiet, but if I booked again I would go for better location closer to attractions and a more modern home.

Thank you for your honest review. We hope the service you received from Starmark was 5 star even though you rated the property 3 stars. Silver Creek is definitely an older quiet community and contains our silver or base category homes. Hope to have you back with us soon!
