I have a very bad experience with …
I have a very bad experience with people who send to check the property that we rent they enter by the pool side and charge us for a hole in the side of the pool, that was there. And said to me that we have to check the property and said to them about the hole. It was hilarius we rent the property As-Is. And charge us $350 dollars for that thing. I'm so angry! The lady at phone laugh a lot when we try to explain her. That was so irrespectful!

We were notified that a pet (dog) was at the property which is prohibited and stated in the terms and conditions provided to you and was accepted by you. The charge is to remediate the interior of the property along with the pool and pool deck due to dog feces being found outside. The property was inspected prior to your arrival and did not have nay issues with the pool screen at that time but the dog push the screen out in an effort to get out of the pool area. The property was provided as requested and we tried several times with in the last two days to reach you so you would be aware of the violation.

Awful
Rented a 4 bedroom in the Davenport area that was unacceptable! The walls in the home were dirty and needed painting, the sofa and love seat were worn and peeling, bed linen was stained with a dried liquid and the home across the street was an eye sore. I had no clue what I was purchasing until the property manager informed me of what and where I was staying. I will never use this property management again! Forgot to mention I was offered a bigger home and that home was unacceptable as well. It was infested with flies due to the rotten/spoiled food that was left in garbage can. The master bedroom bed had a huge dip which made it nearly impossible to sleep. I must admit the home was nice but it filled with dated and water damaged furniture.

Leroy we are sorry you had this experience. We do apologize that you encountered issues with the home and we did try to move you to another property. The location, size, age and category of the homes vary and due to usage will have wear and tear. Since you booked through a 3rd party source and not directly you didn't get a specific home of your choice but instead you are place in the first available for your requested category. We would really like for you to book directly and experience Starmark the way many of our happy and repeat guest do. If you can contact our reservations department we will can work to make our next stay extra special. Please note that these two properties have been blocked by the property manager to be inspected and evaluated before being put back for rental. Your feedback will make it better for our future guest. I like to see weekly deals and prices …
I like to see weekly deals and prices like other company have . I stood in a 4 bed room 2 bath home with pool and a play room in the garage for only 190.00 for the week . I arrived on Saturday and left on a Saturday it was awesome my family loved it . That is the deals I look for when I come to visit Florida .

Called to have someone fix the smoke …
Called to have someone fix the smoke alarm detector which was continuously beeping. Nobody showed up the entire day. The ceiling was high so we couldn't access it easily. The next day it was their weekend so no one answered. It beeped till the battery ran flat.
