Working with starlight was COOL. For me it was a learning experience. The transactions were carried out with rhythm.

Hi Rodrigo,
I really appreciate the way you described your experience, especially calling it a learning process. That tells me the work we did together went beyond just running a campaign and actually gave you insight into how the process works behind the scenes.
You also mentioned the rhythm of how everything was handled, and that’s a great way to put it. When things are coordinated properly, the experience should feel smooth and intentional, not confusing or rushed.
Thank you for trusting Starlight PR with your project and allowing us to be part of your journey as an artist. Whenever you're ready for your next release, we’ll be here to move in step with you again.

great experience with a variety of…
great experience with a variety of blogs and radio interviews! did a good job coordinating them and setting them up.
Response from Starlight PRMar 28, 2026
Hi Sam,
Thank you for taking a moment to share this. I’m glad you saw the coordination that went into lining up your blog features and radio interviews, because those opportunities only make an impact when they’re thoughtfully arranged and timed around your release.
Making sure each placement feels organized and purposeful is a big part of how we approach every campaign. Your recognition of that attention to detail means a lot to the team behind the scenes making it happen.
We appreciate the trust you placed in us and hope this is just one chapter in a longer story together as your career continues to grow.

Stick to basics, don't hire Karen
To start off, there was no radio interview even though they said they were going to get me on the radio. Also, the blogs we were on did not have a lot of foot traffic within them-if any. At the time of writing- my band is sitting on average-20 views/listens on TikTok, Spofity, & Youtube separately. In fact, YouTube is the most successful outcome of this whole marketing plan as of now with the most comments and engagement and it's still only nearly a quarter successful as the last song I did with them which was promoted on a significantly cheaper package.
I would advise for future artists to just stick with the bare bones basic $800 package as that did enough for me and my band.
Also, Karen rarely-if anything-talked to me during the process. Yeah, she gave me updates on emails but they weren't specific and really-that's what this whole thing kind of screams is generic, cookie cutter PR. Same guys, same roll out, same everything. It doesn't feel genuine nor original.
All in all I'd like there to be more communication next time around and really, I would like them to be honest with me and just let me know if my music is the right fit for the company and not my wallet.
To be fair-Starlight PR is a great PR company and I've worked with great people from there. I'll just make sure to go the basic route next time along with not working with Karen and someone I've actually worked with before. If anything, I'd like to stick with one person and not jump the gambit of different people providing the same thing.
Thank you Starlight PR but I'm thinking the so-called, 'Momentum' you proposed is going to have to stop here.

I watched amazing results on all of my marketing campaigns. Thanks to Starlight PR
Response from Starlight PRMar 28, 2026
Hi Kram,
Thank you for your kind words. Hearing that you saw strong results across your marketing campaigns is exactly the kind of outcome every artist hopes for when they invest in their project.
What matters most to us is making sure each campaign is handled with focus and consistency so the progress feels real, not just numbers on a report. I’m glad you were able to see that translate into results you felt good about.
We appreciate the opportunity to support your releases and the trust you placed in our team. Whenever you have new music ready, we’ll be here to help you build on what you’ve already started.

They did an awesome job and were great to work with
I had used Starlight for my Ruby Topaz "Rabbit Hole" album in 2022 and, more recently, my recently released album Mark Bram / Ruby Topaz Again 23rd Anniversary Remaster. They did an amazing job. After a small glitch. I talked to Marc and expressed my concerns, as far as direction, and it was fixed immediately. Mara was absolutely AWESOME. She was supportive and got me to the right people (podcast, radio and print interviews). They really honed in on my brand and got me to a couple of places that I normally would not have considered, but they assured me it was right for me... and it was. I loved doing thpse interviews. The hosts seemed to really appreciate my music and I feel that I really made a connection with them. It was a very positive experience. Yes, my Spotify and YouTube listens went way up, but the thing I was most interested in were the podcast and radio interviews (and the print too). Once they are out there... they are out there forever. When people search for me on Google, there are a plethora of places to find me. Having that internet presence is important, and they did a great job with that.
I did the 4 week campaign. Although I don't have a lot of money to throw around (my studio and gear habit are a money pit), it was well worth it.
Again, they were great and, if you know your brand and direction, even better because they will work with you.
Highly recommend.
Response from Starlight PRMar 28, 2026
Hi Mark,
Thank you for coming back to us again for both Rabbit Hole and your Again 23rd Anniversary Remaster. That kind of continued trust is never taken lightly. I also appreciate you mentioning the honest conversation you had with Marc. Being able to recalibrate quickly when direction matters is part of doing this properly, and I’m glad you felt heard.
Mara will be very happy to know the support she gave you and the introductions she coordinated made a real difference. The fact that you connected personally with the podcast and radio hosts and genuinely enjoyed those conversations says a lot about how well your story and music were positioned.
You also touched on something important. Streams come and go, but interviews, press features, and your digital footprint become part of your long term artist identity. Building that searchable presence around your name was a key part of the work, and I’m glad you saw the value in it.
Thank you again for trusting us with your campaigns. We’ll always make room at the table for you whenever the next chapter is ready.

Hi Patrick,
Thank you for taking a moment to share this. Hearing that the experience felt smooth and well looked after means a great deal to us. A strong project manager can make all the difference, and I’m glad you felt that steady guidance and attention behind the scenes while everything was coming together.
What matters most to us is that you felt supported and that the details were handled with care, not just the outcomes. That kind of consistency is something we work very hard to maintain for every artist and every campaign.
We appreciate the trust you placed in us and we’re always here whenever you’re ready for the next chapter.

My experience working with Starlight PR
I have to say when I started with starlight PR I had very low expectations as I have wasted a lot of money on promotion in the past. The music industry is it treacherous place full of scams, and to be honest I have been the victim of those scams on many occasions. I’m not rich. I work in the healthcare industry as a paramedic so I don’t have a lot of money for promotion.
I signed up with starlight on a hunch, and to be honest, expecting this to be another scam. But I’m happy to say Starlight PR proved me wrong.
As of this, writing my streams for my song Ballad of Beelzebul have increased to almost 13000 and counting and on YouTube I have almost 9800 plays of my video for this song, moreover, my blogs and media placements have significantly increased, my search engine optimization, “what ever that is lol” has increased dramatically. I have featured interviews on four magazines, including “Smash” and “Up and Coming” and I anticipate continuing to benefit from all this promotion in the near future.
I loved working with Mara, who answered all my questions in a timely fashion, and prepared me for the various interviews, including the stressful live interview. Marc, was always available for any questions I had making sure that everything was being done according to our agreement.
I will definitely use Starlight PR again. I will even offer to speak directly to potential Starlight PR clients if they asked me to. If you are a songwriter like me or a performer wanting to break through the minutia, then I highly recommend starlight PR, you will not be disappointed. Sincerely, Scott David Roberts Riverside California.
Response from Starlight PRMar 28, 2026
Hi Scott,
Thank you for sharing this so openly. Knowing the road you’ve traveled before finding us, and the risks you took giving Starlight PR a chance despite past disappointments, makes your words especially meaningful. Seeing Ballad of Beelzebul grow to nearly 13,000 streams, your YouTube video approaching 10,000 views, and your interviews in outlets like Smash and Up and Coming is exactly the kind of steady, credible momentum we want artists to build.
I’m also very glad Mara helped you feel prepared and confident going into those interviews, especially the live one, and that Marc made sure you always felt informed and supported along the way. That level of access and care is intentional because trust has to be earned, not assumed.
And on a personal note, the work you do as a paramedic carries its own kind of heroism. The fact that you still pursue your music alongside that says a lot about your character.
We appreciate your trust, your advocacy, and the chance to be part of your journey. We will be here whenever you are ready for the next release.

Tsychē: “Legitimate and Effective!”
Excellent communication throughout every stage of the campaign and the professionalism you’d expect from a legitimate PR company. The exposure I received as an artist across all social media and streaming platforms was phenomenal. I’ll definitely be contacting Starlight for my next release!
Response from Starlight PRMar 28, 2026
Hi Trent,
I appreciate you taking the time to share this. Clear communication and professionalism should never be optional in this business, so it means a lot to hear that you felt that consistency from start to finish. I’m especially glad the campaign delivered the kind of visibility you were hoping for across streaming platforms and social media, because real exposure should always translate into real momentum for an artist.
We put a lot of care into making sure our artists always know what’s happening, why it’s happening, and where it’s leading. That trust is something we work to earn every step of the way.
Looking forward to being part of your next release when the time comes.
