Always great products - the best!

I can always count on healthy plants, great customer service and support, and very helpful "how to" videos for everything, to help me manage them.

5 star rating this time! Yay! FIRST experience: I have to be honest and admit that my first time ordering from Stark was not so great. My daughter wanted to gift her husband some grape plants for his birthday. During that conversation, we talked about raspberries as well, so we agreed between the 2 of us, we'd put an order in. We ordered 4 grape bushes and 2 raspberry bushes. The box arrived just fine. A little dinged up, but not too bad. We were SO excited! But inside the box was a big problem. 6 plants laid haphazardly inside, the heavy pot parts laid on top of leaf parts of other plants. They DID include plenty of packing materials, and while thankfully these packing materials kept the plants from moving more during the shipping process, it didn't make up for the recklessness of packing the box. Each plant was wrapped in plastic wrap to keep the soil inside each pot, which IS a good thing if done properly, but this particular wrap job looked like an assembly line gone wrong. Grab a plant, throw plastic on it, who cares if leaves get broken, torn or bent... DONE! Ok... NEXT! Upon recieval, and upon removing the plastic wrap, no matter how tender and careful I tried to be, most leaves were wounded, torn, shriveled and shredded. One plant lost ALL its leaves, and ... died. The other 5 did end up surviving, as they each had at least 2-3 remaining sad looking leaves, but with proper love and care, they did eventually end up making a full recovery and we are hopeful they are going to make it to maturity. After several communications with Stark, they offered to to send me a replacement of 4 plants to make up for the loss of one plant and the poor packing and shipping process. SECOND experience: I received my replacement order and all 4 of them look wonderful! I am very happy with them. The box was a little bit dinged up, and laid on its side, but upon opening, all were securely tucked in plenty of shipping materials, and wrapped properly this time, and not one single leaf was lost. I don't have them planted yet at the time of writing this, but will soon! If I ever need any more plants next year, I will be sure to keep you in mind! For now... I'm ending on a good note!

A late April snow storm took out one of my 2yr old apple trees that I had ordered from Stark Bros. I was so distraught. I contacted customer support- they replied to my email very quickly. Long story short. I ended up getting credit towards an exact replacement so I can give it a good head start and plant it this fall. These customer support people are AWESOME!!! I always recommend to my family and friends to buy fruiting plants from Stark Bros. I've always had great success with anything I purchased in the past. Love, love, love Stark Bros! They are the best and have a customer for life in me :)
