Still waiting at the 3 and a half month mark...

DO NOT purchase from stardustleds.com. Item never shipped or arrived. Could not get in touch with any customer support at all to even ask for a refund. They essentially stole $30! Extremely unreliable And unprofessional company.

I ordered my LEDs in April 2020. It is now June 10th. The order said it was supposed to arrive on June 6th. I emailed the company and they said that covid-19 was the reason why. I looked at the shipping status and the last update was that it went through NYC customs with USPS. I still have not received my order and I want a full refund.

I spent 20 bucks on just a regular size strip, I ordered on may 4th and it is now June 9th... I am still waiting on my order. HORRIBLE COMPANY! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!!!!

Terrible company, poor customer service, leds still not received almost 2 months after order was placed, generic responses to emails, no response to refund requests. DON NOT BUY FROM THEM. Had to go through lengthy process with my bank to get refund.

Submitted My order for Led lights 44.95 worth on April 29th. As soon as the ordered was purchased the money came right out of my account. Its June 8th, and still have not received my order. No number to call. I have emailed multiple times with no response! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I placed an order for their 16ft "UltraBright LEDs" on April 21st, today is June 3rd and I have not received my item. Let me tell you, their customer service is terrible! I was no longer interested in waiting for the item so I requested a refund on May 25th, I got a bland and robotic response the next morning declining my refund request. The email contained a tracking number, yet I never received confirmation that my order shipped. I was not happy with this response so I requested another refund the same day, May 26th. I got another email on the 27th declining my refund request AGAIN, along with another "tracking number". I paid with Paypal so I was able to finally get a refund after filing a report. They also do not make it clear that they ship directly from China. Most people are not wanting to order items from China right now due to the Covid-19 situation, they should make it clear that they are shipping from China at this time. Please do not order from this company, they are terrible.

The stardustleds.com website is a total scam. I've ordered $80 worth of led strips on April 11th, 2020. Today is June 3rd and I have received nothing. They gave me a fake tracking number. BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE.
