SCAM!!! They steal your money, people. My 13 yr old son ordered from them back in April 2020, it’s July we have still not received his order! Reached out to them and recieved a response they were “shipped” but still being processed. After replying to that message, we have yet to receive his order, and there is still no reply from the other messages I’ve sent them! Stealing from kids or anyone is horrible! Do not order from this company!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I ordered them May 22, and I have yet to receive them. It is now July 17. This website is a scam. I wasted 50 dollars. I haven't even gotten an email saying that the box was shipped. DON'T BUY!!!

We ordered our lights in April 19, 2020 and by June we still had not received them. Contacted their customer service and they reordered them for us. We did not receive a tracking number with either order so I had to ask for it. The order showed that it had been placed but had not shipped. So I asked to have my ordered cancelled and refunded which they never responded to. Our lights did randomly arrive on July 14 even though the tracking said they hadn't shipped. There is definitely room for improvement here. As for the product well that still remains to be seen. The two-sided tape that is on the lights is coming off when we peel the paper backing off. So now we need to purchase two-sided tape to replace what it came with as well as batteries for the remote.

I ORDERED LIGHTS FOR MY DAUGHTERS BDAY ON MAY 31, 2020. HAVE YET TO RECEIVED THE LIGHTS ALTHOUGH THEIR SITE SAYS 27 BUSINESS DAYS. I READ EVERYONE'S POST/REVIEW AND FEELING CONFIDENT IVE BEEN RIPPED OFF LIKE THE REST. NO CONTACT NUMBER NO EMAIL JUST A AUTOMATED ONE BAD FOR BUSINESS.

I ordered lights for my daughter in may for her birthday and still haven't received them. I've emailed them 3 times and all I get is a automated email. I've tracked them but I cant read Chinese so I have no idea where they are at and it's now july 14th 2020 and still no lights DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 3 sets of lights at 19.95, 2 months later, only 2 sets arrived, but I was charged the full $59.85 (3 x19.95) in US dollars. I have emailed multiple times sending a photo of the tiny package and 2 sets of lights, and also filled out the 'contact us' form online, but have only had an automatic reply. Do not buy from this company. The lights are fine, but they are not honest in their customer transactions and I will be disputing my payment via PayPal.
