StardustledsReviews of stardustleds.com

I saw this website on a few you tubers that I watched and it gave me a discount, I paid 60 BUCKS FOR LEDS THAT HAVE NOT COME IN 4 MONTHS OR SO. I am more mad at the you tubers for sponsoring this scam site, I am 13 now, and at that age I can be influenced by people I look up to, let’s just say I don’t watch those you tubers anymore. I should have known better not to go and buy when it never asked for my address.

I bought them a while back and they never sent me a confirmation email so i dm'ed them on insta gram and they sent me one,I also shared some of my concern towards the quality of the lights but they reassured me by saying the lights were of good quality and there are only a few bad cases so I wait about 1 month and when they come the box is completely sqauashed and the led lights had wires sticking out everywhere and the actual roll of lights had been bent and ripped the buttons on the remotes were not corresponding to the lights.Overall I think that it is indeed a scam and you should buy your led lights on amazon or else where because it is not safe

I can't speak on their product because I never received it after waiting for almost two months. When I asked for a refund they made a whole problem with it and didn't want to refund me my money because of some weird reasons, reasons that weren't inside there own refund policy. It was a really bad experience with them. Eventually, I did get my money back after being in contact with but it was not willingly from there part. The reason for this is that I needed to put a claim in with PayPal to get my money back. when I did this the money was refunded real quick. What am trying to say is this if you decided to purchase these lights for whatever reason please don't, just go ahead and look up some different led strips, you'll probably be way better off by doing that. And if you decide to purchase them from this website please do so with Paypal so when there is a problem with the product and they don't want to refund your money you can involve a company that will scare them and they will listen to.

The lights suck and don’t light up. I paid $50 for lights and extended warranty and they can’t even reply back to me for a refund because the lights don’t work when I received it! Also it took almost half the year for me to receive the lights. I ordered in March and didn’t get them until end of June. Very upset they won’t return my money or even reply to my email or haven’t even sent me my warranty slip!!!! Lights are crap! If you want great LED lights get them off of Amazon!

Brutal, don’t waste your time, the led strip showed up 5 months late, from China of course, (understandable considering Covid) so I had to order some from Amazon as they were a birthday gift for our 11 yr old, in June, and the set I originally ordered was in February. the Amazon set showed up quickly, in professional packaging, was similar in price for 50 feet, as the 18 foot length from Stardust leds. That one finally shows up in just a bubble mailing envelope, no invoice, no packaging, cheap material. And after finally getting in touch with them, cause their “contact” email on the website is a no-reply email, (I had to do some digging,) they refuse to let me return this crap. I feel conned.

Ok, buckle up cause this is gonna be a long one. I had been seeing a lot of cool LED lights that looked like they would look good in my room. I saw this company on a youtube ad and thought why not. I saw that it had a lot of good deals and thought I would have my lights in no time. It said the lights were being shipped between 7-16 business days. However, that was not the case. 2 months later I bought a 32 inch LED lights off of amazon instead and it got here in less than 24 hrs. THIS COMPANY SUCKS. I ordered my lights on April 19th and got them on July 24th. When they finally came I thought it would be easy cause I had already set the ones I bought from amazon. However, for SOME REASON I received lights and an adapter with no instructions. There were more female-led ports than male so I couldn't hook it up. Also, they gave me the same remote but for some godforsaken reason, it didn't have any batteries. THIS COMPANY IS A STRIP OF DIMLY LIT ASS.

We ordered July 1st money was removed from account july 2nd. Received item July 20 or so.....the tracking they have through shop sucks and doesn’t give you correct info. I ordered light strips and wall hooks. Wall hooks weren’t in package. Two days after emailing them that I no longer want the hooks and need a refund I get reply saying they will come in separate package. There is no instructions in package and nowhere does it say Stardust brand! What are we paying for? I will admit they stick really well!

I ordered for my son's bedroom, not only did it take 3mths for delivery there was no instructions I had to YouTube for connecting more than one reel. If that wasn't bad enough I got up this morning and more than halfway round his roof has fallen down!!! (yes I did clean before applying it) a complete waste of money and time. 😠
