Unhelpful Customer Support
I have been using Stape.io for over a year and paying a significant amount each month, yet the customer support has been consistently unhelpful. The support team seems unwilling to genuinely assist clients. When I mentioned switching to another platform, I was simply told that I could cancel my account anytime—without any effort to address my concerns.
The implementation process is unnecessarily complex compared to other platforms. Why do I need to purchase additional Shopify features just to implement new customer data in Google Ads? For my new accounts, I am now using taggrs.io, where the tracking setup is verified, and new customer data can be added without extra costs.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of support provided.

Regarding your question: “Why do I need to purchase additional Shopify features just to implement new customer data in Google Ads?” – This is a limitation of Shopify. You can verify this in Shopify’s documentation on the Pixel API. Specifically, the parameter order - customer - isFirstOrder is outlined here:

We use the official API, which works stably and great (but unfortunately, it has some limitations). As a result, competitors may implement it using makeshift methods, causing the entire data layer to function incorrectly. So please take this into account, as it is at your own risk.

Good in marketing really bad support
I am canceling my sGTM subscription because, despite their claims that the setup is easy, the tutorials are outdated. They provide some tricks, but there is no real transfer of knowledge, leaving you still dependent. Customer support is unhelpful, with responses that are cold, and sometimes you have to wait 3 to 4 days only to receive the same response: "Pay our team between $1,200 and $1,500." After a year of subscription, I’ve seen no results. Impossible to setup and i don't want to give 1500$ to their STAPE AGENCY.

Can not cancel the service
The fb tools that it is need for are not useful so I wanted to cancel the service, it turns out they do not recognize the password that I created and the change password function does not work. So the only option left is to change card otherwise they want to charge my card forever.
