My membership
Iam not sure what is going on I may cancel my membership It was set up at Convention and it was $25 Now it’s $35. And I have only received two orders Thank you

I am afraid you may have your information between two companies mixed together. We have not had any increase in ANY of our memberships since inception of our clubs in 10 years. We also do not have a 25 or 35 priced membership level. We have you signed up for our second tier level - and we answered any and all emails from you regarding your concerns. - You signed up in May (meaning your first shipment would begin in June)...and one of your transactions failed to get processed - hence why you have only gotten June, Aug and Sept clubs. You are able to cancel your membership at any time in your portal in your account. Thank you.

Took 3 weeks to receive order
Took 3 weeks to receive order! But the stamps look nice.

the three weeks for shipping had nothing to do with us. Your 3 Star review would be for the post office, not us. You ordered Dec 23 and we shipped it out on same day. The travel history is located in your tracking number, where you can see we shipped it same day for you. We unfortunately do not control the packages once its turned over to the post office and they cause the delays, not us.

Takes too long
Takes too long. Still waiting for my order.

You purchased a CUSTOM manufactured item that has a 2 to 3 week manufacturing processing time. The site clearly stated this at ordering page. We are still within the time frame of the CUSTOM order to be completed. Please refer to in stock or "to be made" items on our site so you are aware how long it should take for you to receive. Thank you.
