Still haven't received a one item…
Still haven't received a one item order. Customer service has responded to emails asking for update on shipment. Seems to be lost at post office.

We are sorry for the late arrival of your order. As you know - we did provide shipping tracking for you - but we are unable to control what happens with a package once we hand it over. If they do not scan it in on arrival or along the way - it is hard for us to track it until we get notice. The one star review has nothing to do with our company, but with USPS as we replied to all your emails and provided you the tracking information.
