Easy online ordering…
It was a very easy online ordering process and what stood out to is that I had a question about my shipping address, so I submitted a note with my order and an actual person, not a robo, called me back to discuss and confirm my shipping address. Great experience! I look forward to seeing our finished staircase.

Wonderful Customer Service
Wonderful customer service. My contractor was having trouble finding overlays for my steps within a reasonable price range. He called the Stairs Warehouse and they were able to accommodate our needs. The steps look beautiful and shipping happened in a timely manner.
