$77 shipping charge for small order
$77 shipping charge to send 10 square hollow balusters, 6 shoes, and 3 circle panel balusters. When I called, disinterested woman who returned my call said “well that’s the price”. So if you order from this place, check the shipping charge. $155 worth of product with a $77 shipping charge seems a bit ridiculous.

Not worth the time
Second time ordering. Super overpriced shipping. Items missing, pieces are bent. No one returns calls.

placed order on 9/30
placed order on 9/30 finally shipped today on 10/10 REALLY SLOW shipping seems to be the biggest complaint in their reviews. Rather than improve their service, the owner has been calling/texting relentlessly to get me to take down my review. So I'm guessing that many negative reviews for this business HAVE been taken down, in exchange for a refund/ free order I still haven't received my order 2 weeks after placing it If you need good service, go elsewhere HI SEAN- 1 of the #s is my Ex-Husband's phone STOP CALLING & TEXTING HIM!!!!!
