Ordering was easy and the parts are high quality. Customer service line was great also. Only problem I had was with the shipping. Tracker said it would arrive on 3/2 so my wife stayed home all day. In the end it came two days later on the 4th. Good news is there wasn't any damage in shipping.

I ordered 2 red oak box newels and 12 solid iron balusters with shoes. The newels arrived a week earlier than expected, then the balusters the next day. The newels had some minor damage on the corners of the base that didn't seem to be from shipping, but for this application that isn't an issue. The newels need sanding all over anyway before finishing. Some of the trim on the newels was cut too long and there are slight gaps, but again this isn't an issue for this application. Overall great value for the products I've received.

The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. The customer service was knowledgeable and helpful. The order was shipped and received quickly.

Easy transaction, balusters came as expected, fast shipping.

Honestly great service that was quick and the shipping costs are honest too (others have competitive prices on the wrench, but charge wicked fees for shipping)

the stair treads and handrails I ordered are nice and the handrails are not finger jointed which is why I ordered from this place. The only negative is slow shipping, I chose cherry over mahogany because I was on a deadline and it said mahogany was a 1-2 week wait and it didn't say that about the cherry but it still took two full weeks to get my parts. Rich from customer service was very helpful and updated me almost everyday on the status of my order. I understand the parts need to be made but I have ordered stair parts before from an online distributor and it stated that there was a 3 day lead time and I still received the treads in 6 days shipped from the se state as this place shipped from. As I mentioned the parts are nice and the prices were in line with other places for the most part and this was one of the few places that made a handrail without finger joints. I would recommend this place I just wish the website mentioned how long an order would take so make sure you order way ahead of when you need the parts.

They sold exactly what I needed & ordered. I was not saddened when I opened the box to inspect the order.

The post I ordered is beautifully done. It was packaged well, a little slow on delivery.
