***** okay 10 stars

Great customer service. Great product for our application.

Parts arrived quickly and as described

Would order from them again.

I placed an order and a day later had to change it. They were prompt in canceling and reordering the balusters I needed. They were shipped and packaged properly and received in a good time span. I'm very pleased.

I have ordered several stair parts items in the past. On one of my orders I needed customized stair tread lengths and widths. The sales staff helped me through the process and the order I received was exactly what I had described over the phone. Excellent quality control. I highly recommend this store to others (professionals and non-professionals).

No Problems just the part I ordered

I was looking for a replacement baluster for a broken one on my stairs. I was not sure of the wood type and I spoke to Rick. He volunteered to look at some photos and gave me his opinion on the wood. He was right! I received it today and it is a perfect match. Excellent customer service! Thanks Rick.
