I first spoke with the owner via phone before ordering - as this is a relatively new site - and afterwards I was confident with making my purchase. The prices were much cheaper than any of the big box home center stores, shipping was inexpensive, order time to receipt of the product was 3 days or less and the customer service people were very helpful and responsive. Doesn't get much better than that.
