Be wiser than I and purchase elsewhere
The shipping took way too long and some of the items I purchased were smashed even though the shipping box was in tact. I also received an item that is appx 30 days from expiring. This has been an all around NEGATIVE buying experience for me. I didn’t bother to reach out to the company, I just wonlt spend more of my hard earned money here.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could contact us with photos of the damaged items so we can investigate the shipping issue and ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the product close to expiration, we have checked your order and found that the only item with a shorter shelf life is the Sensitive Glue 10ml, which was added to your order as a complimentary gift along with the Advanced Glue. You are not obliged to use it if you prefer not to. Your feedback is important to us, and we would like the opportunity to make things right. We reached out to you via email.
