Once you place your order it’s hard to find confirmation and your items take a long time to arrive. My husbands Christmas gifts were late last year and this year

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your feedback. During the holidays we try to make sure that all of the orders arrive for Christmas but sometimes miss the mark. Thank you again for the feedback.

The product is great
The product is great. It was late getting shipped to me but the company caught the issue before I did and made it right by refunding me without me even having to ask.

Quantity issue
I love the products and the expansion of the website! The only issue I had was when I kept trying to add multiple products to the quantity in my order, it works revert back to 1 when I would move on to the next step in the order process. I wanted to order 2 containers of the hair product but it would only let me order 1.
