I have been in the crypto space for the last 3to4 years and new product and services coming out all the time but the customer service on your platform is outstanding and has a good future if maintained accordingly I will champion and Campaign for your service due to excellent customer service

Good processing time, low fees. Excited about Stably Ramp, too.
Made a few transactions on their products over the past month and enjoyed it so far. Good processing time and reasonable fees. Really look forward to starting using their Stably Ramp for on-ramp and off-ramp when wire transfers and card are supported to international users (currently supporting ACH mainly but heard that they will soon support more options this quarter Q1 2023).

Confirmation Email
The website stated that a confirmation email would be sent for transfers to banks and if you did not respond within 24 hours to the email, the transfer would be cancelled. On my first transfer I did not receive a confirmation email, so after 4 days I contacted customer support. They were prompt with a reply and said that the transfer was complete. After checking with my bank, it indeed was complete. I questioned them about the lack of a confirmation email and they told me they have discontinued those emails. I am very pleased with the customer support and response, but would suggest that the website be updated to reflect this change.
