As mentioned by Emily from our support team on 09/29, We had experienced some infrastructure instability after the CAT1 -> CAT2 network upgrade. We have successfully completed a Customer Satisfaction Airdrop to your account as a token of appreciation for your patience while we worked on increasing infrastructure stability after the CAT2 upgrade. Please note that the airdrop amount is based on the total transaction volume on failed/delayed transactions. In case you missed our last email, we are now fully operational again on the Chia network. Our sincerest condolences that you believe your name/identity has been stolen as that is something no one should ever have to deal with. We will continue to provide you updates as they arise via the ticket(s) that you've submitted. Thank you in advance for any responses provided to the questions below as they will assist us in better identifying the reported fraudulent activity and ability to provide a quicker response via your ticket in Zendesk. I'd like to address each point in your review to ensure my understanding: Lack of reply from our team: After a review of your account in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, Zendesk, I see that historically we have received no emails from you prior to today. We received the three emails that you submitted this morning at 8:50 AM, 8:52 AM, and 8:53 AM Pacific Time. We then sent you an automated response at 11:06 AM and an agent response at 4:15 PM Pacific Time. Can you confirm that your statement about no one replying was in reference to those three emails and none prior? Police Contact: To our knowledge, we have not had any contact from the Police about this potential identity theft on your behalf. Can you confirm who stated that they have reached out to us and not received any response from the Police Department? Additional Account Creation: We are unaware of any accounts that have been fraudulently created. I'm sorry to hear that you felt our support staff was unconcerned and uncommunicative. I see that the ticket in reference here (#3644) was submitted because you were running into trouble with Chia deposits & withdrawals due to the resync of our Chia node. As this is the first time we have encountered this issue, it did take much longer than expected to resync the node. We are always working with our partners and integrators to ensure our clients have a positive experience on the platform and apologize that you felt your issue was not accurately addressed. We are working in parallel with the Chia team on redundancy measures and exploring other approaches to get online sooner moving forward. I see that the ticket in reference here (#3717) was submitted due to Hawaii no longer being supported by our regulated custodial partner, Prime Trust, and therefore Stably Prime. Unfortunately here, there is nothing that either company could do to prevent the freezing of your account as the state of Hawaii has passed legislation that does not allow us to do business with citizens of the state.
