Unit does not work properly; tried to talk to tech support one unhelpful response. Now ten days of no responses. Referred as a dispute through PayPal. I note that they are bringing out a new unit - I would avoid it like the proverbial!

No shipping info Paid with discover card, I am submitting fraud alert. Three emails sent: automated responses only (today's date: 2/2/24) about being gone for Christmas holiday. Phone number is a dud and when attempting to follow website directions to use WhatsApp the phone number has no link to a WhatsApp profile.

Do not deal with this company. I returned both units and then they walk away and will not answer a phone or email for my refund. I have never been left out of pocket like this on a purchase. Returned in September 23. Any company that has partnered up with them whose names I have happily purchased from before walk away please

Who ever owns this web business will not reply to emails, won’t offer a refund on a product that does not work. It’s a complete scam, don’t give them your hard earned money.

Do not use this company, absolute scam. Ordered items which did not arrive. I have contacted them on several occasions, only to receive a standard generic message, except once, when I received a message claiming that the courier was at fault and I would receive a refund. Three months later, they are ignoring my messages. Nothing but a scam company

Don't waste your time and money, terrible system and even worse after sales, wish I'd have seen these reviews before I bought from them.

Regretfully not a good experience for me. I can't recommend this system to anyone. The install was a little problematic on my bike and asked fro some guidance - none available. I finally figured out how to mount the main unit and am 100% confident all installed as should be. Totally unsusable - on my Wife's first bike and an aid to help her pass her test - coudln't have been worse. Multiple activations - no self cancelling - and reverse thinking manual cancellation. All wrong. So finally after too long had an offer of a refund if returned. Another £ 14.00 to return - only to have it blocked at customs and sent back to me. Several mails to ST2 - zero response. Have given up on my refund now - all I can do is advise others not to buy - a waste of money and considerable time to install - and then un-install. Don't buy one.
