I contacted ST2 because their module fried my rear brake light on my 2023 Triumph Tiger 900. I asked for return info and a full refund as it cost me $230 to replace my brake light which I had to wait 3 weeks for. They have ingnored me DO NOT BUY THIS GADGET..IT DOES NOT WORK. They even claim that there is a gyroscope inside the module...FALSE...its a TILT SWITCH that rattles

I really wish I’d of read reviews before I considered buying a brake module kit. The kit was not compatible with my bike as it kept bringing up a brake light fault on my dash. Emailed them and was told I’d need to purchase a diode which would solve the issue, it didn’t!! I asked for a returns address and requested a refund. Sent package recorded delivery, they have received it and are now refusing to answer my emails and to date I’ve sent numerous emails and messages with no reply and they have not refunded a penny. DO NOT USE ST2 SYSTEMS

Do not use this company! My wife started an order online and didn't finish it. They emailed us if we wished to finish the order and we responded "NO" however they had gotten our card number and charged it then proceeded to ship us multiple devices! At this point it's credit card fraud. They were delivered to us and marked delivered (we did not sign for them) and never even opened them. We were told by customer service we would receive a refund if we shipped the units back. We shipped them back to Slovenia (not cheap) and they refused acceptance of the delivery and they were sent back to us. I complained and have had no response. I am reporting them to our credit card company and trying to warn as many people as possible about them.

Bought a brake module, but it wouldn’t work, so asked for a return label. Only got an adress in Slovenia, no further instructions or returnnumber to include. Asked again, and again, but total silence… DON’T buy from ST2 Systems - you can’t be sure it works, and return is apparently not wanted….!! Despite the promises when you buy!!

This company is 100% scam. I returned the item using their 100% money back guarantee (to Slovenia - it doesn't say this anywhere on the Facebook advert) and it's been returned by royal mail as 'refused'. I'll now be speaking to trading standards about what Scammers these are. 100% fraud. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. This item costs £0.37 to buy ready made from the far east. A quick Google at switch no. jqc-3ff-s-z will prove how useless it is. Companies like this need to be banned. And now he's trying to offer v1 for another £49 as the 10 cent tilt switch doesn't work!

The ST2-brake module I bought is causing issues with the motormanagement software. Informed ST2 about it with 2 emails and 1 time their contact form asking for support information but no reply. Product sucks and service looks even worst. I would not recommend their products.

SCAM. Piece of crap. Goes off with every vibration of the road. No accelerometer in this unit as it advertises. Just a tilt switch. No customer service or replies to my emails. SCAM.

Waste of time and money. I had the original brake module on an old bike worked really well. So decided to get it on a new bike ordered new updated one, even recommended to a friend before I tried it. So I fitted it, tried it, took it off. It's supposed to flash when you slow down or brake, it flashes when you get on the bike, when you start the bike, when you rev the bike when you move the bike. It does everything but what it's supports to do. The friend I recommended it to had exactly the same problem. Don't know if the company has been bought out by somebody else, but the ST2 brake module now is an absolute waste of time please please save your money, it's not worth taking the chance.
