Ghosted. Placed an order over a month ago and received a tracking number. Emailed on at least 3 occasions to no avail. Wouldn't waste your money!

Bad Way To Cobble Your Bike Spent HOURs trying to figure it out. Instructions are useless, and no reference for individual bikes. Finally got it connected and it was dead. Think carefully before you start cutting into the wires on your bike to install this junk.

This company is an absolute disgrace and a complete scam! Their ST2 auto-cancelling system was a $200 NZD paperweight (advertised at $109 USD without clarification despite my direct question!). It arrived ridiculously late, worked sporadically for barely a month, and then died. Forget about customer support – my emails were met with deafening silence. I'm now out of pocket a staggering $572 NZD ($200 for the useless product, $186 for installation, and another $186 to remove this garbage). Avoid this company like the plague! They are dishonest, unresponsive, and sell faulty products. AVOID!

AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! I bought the ST2 turn system after having checking the compatibility (Ducati HM796) on their website. After an attempted install and contacting ST2 it turns out that it is not compatible. This was the last correspondence i was ever able to get out of them: “Hello, I'm sorry to inform you but the turn system is not compatible with your bike... We will get you a shipping label so you can send the unit back to us for a refund. Please send me your address Kind regards, Philippe Duvón ST2 Support” No replies. No refund. Such bad business.

Checked compatibility before ordering, to be told all is good. Item arrived (eventually) and installed in accordance with instructions. Every time the bike decelerates, the brake lamp comes on (as it’s supposed to) but so does the lamp malfunction warning on the clocks, overwriting all other important info of the onboard display, so clearly not compatible with canbus systems. Apart from auto response emails, I have not received any comms, or info regarding the 180day full refund. If this is the level of service, I have no confidence in the warranty, refund policy and/ or product. They have my money now, sadly I should have read the trustpilot reviews before ordering, or used PayPal rather than Apple Pay. I have since removed it and no more warnings, clearly this product is the fault.

It's useless, impossible to connect it to a KTM 1290 Super Adventure S... and they don't even respond or refund... you send an email and they reply that if they haven't contacted you after 3 months, you should resend it with an identifier... not very serious and bordering on scam... don't buy it!!!!!!!!

Ordered over a month ago still not received it can’t get in touch I should have looked at the reviews before ordering as they advertised on Facebook which is the scammers major platform. Do not order from these scammers
